Meet Mironel,

a Yoga teacher, film-maker and Nonviolent Communication trainer. Born in the Netherlands and then growing up in Canada, at an early age Mironel connected with Tibetan Buddhist teachings and native Canadian shamanic practices.

Inspiration for Self-Growth

Mironel discovered the depths of Yoga in 2001 and has been teaching since 2004. Mironel’s Yogic path includes the esoteric philosophy and practice of Kashmir Shaivism, the integrating approach of Tantra and a gentle, deep style of Hatha Yoga. For Mironel, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) opened a world of self-understanding and acceptance that transformed into a deep well of empathy and self-compassion which he loves to share with the world. His focus is on offering tools and inspiration for self-growth in order to support connection with ourselves and each other. His film projects are expressions of the discoveries he has made on his path.

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is based on Yoga: a gentle, deep pressure is applied on the body and muscles to achieve relaxation, flexibility and attain a free flow of life-force throughout the being. In this workshop you will learn massage techniques with an emphasis on mastering the touch of safe and effective bodywork. This style of massage works with a symbiotic relationship between masseur and client where they both stretch, open and benefit from the practice. Traditionally it is a technique to support meditation and spiritual development, now it can also be applied with great effect to modern issues of poor posture and the rooted need to connect with our body.
