Thorsten, a yoga teacher, a studio owner, musician and performing artist takes you away from the yoga mat and enriches the experience of Antastha Yoga with techniques he masters as a movement trainer for actors. He did two yoga teacher trainings: one in the Himalayas, one at the beautiful white beach of India. On the festival last year he taught a class about silence and music. Thip’s Yin-Yang Yoga Session

At the age of ten, she flew all the way from the Far East (Thailand) to Belgium. Throughout her life, her craving for inner peace and serenity led her to Yoga. Thip traveled to Brazil in 2010 to study under David Lurey. Now she spreads and shares all of Yoga’s positive effects with others through her yoga classes and does this on a daily basis in her Yoga Studio in Ghent.
