Meet Roselyne,

when she started taking yoga classes with Wesley Basset in 2006, Roselyne had the amazing experience of really feeling her own body for the first time. She learned how to gaze inwards, which brought her a quietness she had never sensed before.

Gaze Inwards

After graduating in Applied Economics in 2004, Roselyne started working for a multinational shipping company in Antwerp and later in the French West Indies. Five years later, she made a career switch and started teaching mathematics in high school, a job she still loves today.

When she started taking yoga classes with Wesley Basset in 2006, Roselyne had the amazing experience of really feeling her own body for the first time. She learned how to gaze inwards, which brought her a quietness she had never sensed before. To share this feeling with others, in 2010 Roselyne did a first teacher training with Tias and Surya Little.

In 2013-2014 she completed the Teacher Training Course at Yogalife in Gent. Next to that she studied with Simon Low and Tara Stiles. Roselyne’s yoga teaching career started in 2014 and she is now one of the main teachers at Yoga Zuid in Antwerp. She teaches both yin and yang classes, but mainly Vinyasa and gentle flows.

A Smooth Class

The Yogalife festival class will be a smooth Vinyasa class with focus on core strength. We will begin with a short meditation, a nice warming up that will lead to an active flow. We will end the class with some nice stretching postures and a relaxing savasana.
