Growing up in India, Anita Jain’s encounters with Yoga varied from practicing with morning walkers in her neighbourhood to being stretched by a long bearded, white robed Indian Yogi. However Anita only truly fell in love with Yoga in Switzerland when she met her teacher Sanjeev Bhanot. Her inquisitiveness and curiosity resulted in a Yoga teaching degree.
One thing led to another and she quit her corporate career of 20 years to spread the magic of Yoga and support people’s journey of personal transformation. Yoga is one of many of her life dimensions: Anita is also a certified life coach, facilitator, co-founder of The Habits Club, spiritual yatra organizer, parent of two teenagers and a cute puppy and has a passion for vegetarian cooking, learning and much more. She is known to bring her creativity, sense of humour and compassion to classes and students leave feeling completely rejuvenated and recharged.
