To find true purpose in his life, to really live fully and not sleep through the years, Pankaj started his journey of Yoga. In the year 2013-2014, he studies in Yoga Sadhna courses in Delhi and Rishikesh, India. Later he graduated a certificate course from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Delhi. During his bioscience engineering studies in Belgium, Pankaj continued his Yoga learning as a part of the Yogalife family. He connects science and Yoga as an effective way to live a happy and healthy medicine free life.

Nada means the flow of sound and Yoga means Union. Nada Yoga, meaning “union through sound,”thus is the Yoga of sound. It is an ancient Indian system and science of inner transformation through sound and tone. Nada yoga is based on the premise that the entire cosmos and everything in it (including humans) consist of sound vibrations, or nadas. Nada yoga is described in the ‘Hatha Yoga Pradipika’ as one of the most powerful and fruitful meditation techniques to calm the mind.
