Creativity and Dynamism
Sunnah Rose has been practicing Yoga for many years, initially trained in India in 2002 and since then deepened her study with a variety of amazing and knowledgeable teachers. Sunnah loves to bring creativity and dynamism to her practice and teaching.

Gentle Vinyasa Hatha Flow
Sunnah brings a deeply relaxing class intent on releasing the spine alongside a gentle vinyasa (flow) hatha Yoga, bringing creativity and dynamism to a practice.
As we settle in to the summer season, we can take time to acknowledge and honour what we have learnt and gathered so far, so that we can become more grounded, balanced and open to whatever change is happening.
In this class we will use Yoga to open our bodies and hearts exploring postures in a gentle flow, focussing on the stability in our bodies and minds, using the breath as our anchor and from there discovering true presence.
